The deep breathing makes sense too, and it’s something I would do, but never heard of that stomach trick before and I’m going to remember that.
If anyone here is having any breathing or lung issues, I’d be curious to get your opinion. Try adding eucalyptus oil to a vaporizer/humidifier and running it near you and see if it helps with the congestion or breathing. I don’t think it’s an expectorant but I think it should help with inflammation.

Two years into this and we still do not have a standard protocol for treating the virus. The Administration is slow walking the manufacture and distribution of the Pfizer and Merck pills, which offer 90% protection from hospitalization and death if given at the onset of the virus.
I’ve said it before - any feed store and most vets have ivermectin. It’s in the form of a paste and you take it based on weight. Or so I’ve heard. /s/
Interesting claim to fame - my wife and I both got it from a visiting 94 year old family member who is now over it and doing great. At 94 he flew here to FL from MI (no symptoms), rented a car and visited us and other friends and relatives. He had first symptoms the last day he was here with us. Holed up in his hotel for a couple for days and got better.

People seem to believe they go from the “I might get it and am likely to die” mindset to, after taking the shot, “phew, I’m now vaccinated and can’t get COVID!”.

I finally told my doctor—this stuff you’re giving me is supposed to help, but now I feel worse than before I took it!
Anyway, we cut back quite a bit to only those I can tolerate and adjust the dosages can also really help. Ivermectin makes me throw up, or want to.
My wife has had it for 9 days now and will be retested tomorrow (if a test is even available). I’ve been her care taker and thank god she has only had flu like symptoms and looks to be on the mend now. I have no symptoms and have tested negative again as recently as this past Monday.

If you are sick and experience sleepiness, add melatonin to your treatment. It is safe and helps promote sleep.
COVID is what it is. It’s not ebola, but it’s not the flu either. Especially people who fall into one of the risk categories should take the recommended safety precautions like wearing N95 or KN95 masks which fit, standing clear of strangers and getting vaccinated. People should stay away from places where circumstances do not allow these restrictions, then they should go about their lives.
Fear? Nobody anywhere said that anyone needed to be afraid or live in fear. You do everything needed to avoid contracting COVID, and prepare yourself with what you need should you contract it. Then you go about living ....even if some fearful, deluded people object to your methods.

Vaxxed Moderna series in Feb/March, and I stopped taking weekly ivermectin. Got Covid first time in May, three days weekend sick until ivermectin Monday after. Second Covid Labor Day weekend after visiting brother. Unvaxxed, he was briefly sick, PCR positive. After re-taking ivermectin, i was long Covid sick. Lost taste & smell. Five PCR s total negative. Saliva tests positive.
PCRs are worthless. Lost taste makes everything taste like wet cardboard. Smells randomly return now as a whiff then gone. As in, evergreen, oh wait nothing again.
I have friends and colleagues vaxxed that have died FROM peracute Covid. I have unvaxxed friends, family, colleagues that have had Covid, some very bad cases, with no deaths.
The vaxxed have not been helped long term. I will get no boosters
EUA requires absence of specific available treatment. Supportive care is fine. Without EUA, there are no available ‘vaxxines’.
