Wife and I had tried for 12 years with no luck. I had pretty much given up. About that time (I was 41) I got on a herbal kick and was taking half a dozen+ including Ginseng.
Well, voila wife unexpectedly gets pregnant and with twins no less.

Most here consider a child to be a blessing, certainly not something to get worked up about. Just kidding! glad all is ok now.
