This whole thing starts on such a ridiculous premise I don't even know where to start.
Steal a van, kill a "passenger" riding on the front of it and blame the owner of the stolen van for the death of the boy who got run over.

I wonder if they mean the INSURANCE on the vehicle?
What is the legal standpoint on your car insurance covering an accident by a driver who stole the vehicle? I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything on that.
