A breakthrough infection on someone who had natural immunity from a poor infection has a million percent more immunity.
Since the CDC is just making sht up at this point, so can I.

There is absolute zero chance I would take
any doctor's word that one case of Covid-19 gives you lifetime immunity. It is preposterous on its face for anyone to claim that with certainty. It would take literally decades of research, monitoring, and follow-up to prove that the immunity actually lasts that long, and the thing has only been around for a couple of years so that cannot be known.
On top of that, Dr. Peter McCollough is a freaking cardiologist, not a virologist or epidemiologist. So even if I was inclined to believe a doctor who claimed to know that you could get 60+ years of immunity for a coronavirus just by having it once, I sure as hell wouldn't take the word of a cardiologist.

"It doesn’t mean we’re at the end of the pandemic, but it points to where we’re likely to land: Once you’re vaccinated and then exposed to the virus, you’re probably going to be reasonably well-protected from future variants." This sounds like natural immunity, doesn't it. Which is something you can get without a vax.
Notice that they don't compare the breakthrough immunity to the unvaccinated natural immunity.
They continue to pretend it doesn't exist, because it's all about the vax.
And all research funding including this one likely comes from Fauci and Collins.
