Other kids have said that they never saw Crumbley (shooter) being bullied.
He appears to be just plain evil based on his social media posts and writings/drawings.
I work in a public school. It does not surprise me to read here that district officials are playing games with evidence, including destruction of requested materials or materials that might make the school look negligent.
School districts are good examples of Pournelle’s Iron Law of Bureaucracy. The law states that there any organization has two kinds of workers - those who are focused on the organization’s mission and personal excellence, and those who are interested in maintaining their position and expanding their department. Invariably, those creating their little kingdoms become dominant.
I’ve seen the same thing in several school district where I worked. The sheer volume of incompetence is only exceeded by the job security given to the incompetent. Those of us devoted to teaching suffer, often in silence, although the students and their families know who we are and what we do, but many great teachers leave in disgust after a few years. The incompetent stay behind. I’m leaving next year after 25 years, and it’s gotten much worse during the past few years.
Oddly enough, I entered the teaching world in my 40s after working in the media for the first two decades of my adult life. I quit the media in the middle 1990s after predicting that it would be a dead-end job. Now I see the same fate for public education. I’d give both public school and post-secondary institutions another decade or two before they collapse. Homeschooling is excellent, and it will be the seeds for the new form of education for children. Online learning will kill colleges, which can’t come soon enough.
I would love to be a fly on the wall watching the lawyers question the highly credentialed morons from the school district.
I’m going to miss the students and community when I leave. The administration and politics, not so much.
A crime, a coverup? What is unusual?
The guilty immediately point their fingers in all directions except to themselves. “What, me guilty? No way!” Unfortunately, this is, “Standard Operating Procedure,” life in this wicked world.
Yeah, I don’t get the evidence value of the administrators names being listed in the website. Crackhead lawyers.
“Destructed” is neither a verb nor an adjective.

Thanks. See, I told you I wasn’t the sharpest.
I think it’s long past the time for a thorough investigation of the nation’s public school and university systems. Their attitude seems to suggest rather strongly that they are up there with Congress and the SCOTUS in terms of their draconian decision-making authority.
