They never defend a populist Republican. They’re assistant democrats.

You know who you are dealing with anytime you here “it’s time to move from Trump and 2018.”

“No matter who the GOP candidate is in 2024, the left is going to use the same playbook that they did against Trump.”

Same. What playbook would DeSantis use?

Please name one if not a handful of people Trump defended who did not end up opposing Tump or with an FBI swat team tearing their home apart

I am the champion of the people, not a member of the good old boys club.

Indeed it’s why he was elected and why the swamp and media hated him for it.
A true countryman that needs to be reelected no president has done so much good for the country than he did in such a short time.

Trump should be smart here.

Choose a “placeholder” for Veep this time (example: Marcia Blackburn), with the understanding that they will not run for president in 2028.

Get an understanding from DeSantis to delay running for president until 2028 when he will have President Trump’s 100% support.

Secure our future for at least the next TWELVE years.

With the right pick for DeSantis’ VP, we could make that TWENTY years.

I look at it like the ongoing cancel culture out there... changing the phrase thats been around forever is just plain dumb. if you dont want to say bad words because you’ll offend someone somewhere, then use another damned term that never had bad words in it!

As far as I’m concerned, President Trump can do whatever he’d like in 2024, I will back him 100% either way. He has earned that from me.

Ditto. LEGITIMATELY Re-Elected in 2020 President Trump has my support, period.

What playbook would DeSantis use?

DeSantias can run as a competent conservative chief executive with a record of achievement not beholden to DC...with the added bonus of being decades younger, more well rounded and more articulate than Trump without sacrificing any political toughness.

DeSantis would be extremely hard for the left to defeat in 2024.

What?

Pay attention

Trump got 74,000,000 votes in 2020. He won in 2016 with about 65,000,000 votes

That’s a gain of 10 million votes after being president for 4 years

Trump ran the second time “as a competent conservative chief executive with a record of achievement not beholden to DC”
and gained 10
Million votes on his own outstanding record

If you believe Biden won more than about 15 00 more votes than Hillary did in 2016 or Obama did in any of his elections then…hey. I’ve got a crossword puzzle to do

Your post reminds me another great thing about a 2024 DeSantis candidacy is that he won’t be carrying all that polarizing ‘stolen election’ baggage with him into the race.

Presidential elections are about envisioning the future and DeSantis will be in a much better position to do that than 78 year old Trump.

“Presidential elections are about envisioning the future”

That’s what 2020 was about. That’s why Biden won. Yeeah.

Then Brown, from his diatribe as part of that last bit of his calumny against Trump I quoted, had the gall to attempt to brownstain the GOP with this.

"Babies were slaughtered at a horrific rate through the Republican presidencies of Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump. That’s a total of 24 years and more than 22 million babies, which is far more babies than were aborted during the 16 years of the Democratic presidencies of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama."

This rube -- and his Freeper Support S(AF)quad -- actually attempts to assert that the GOP killed more babies, simply because the GOP held the Office of the President 8 more years (24-16) in Brown's purely sophomoric selection period.

Brown commits not just a retarded logical fallacy, but rather a morally offensive libel that is, at its core, a sinful lie.

In Brown's dissembling, he had termerity to link to wiki, which immediately undermines his assertion, as wiki plainly showed that abortions have directly declined over his subjective selection period, including ALL of the GOP Presidents he attempted to character assassinate, just as he has consistently attempted with President Trump.

Let's punch down a little more on Brown, he deserves it on a Sunday.

Aug. 24, 2016: "Will he apologize privately or publicly to Ted Cruz and his family or to others he attacked personally? This remains to be seen...The Bible speaks of "the fruits of repentance," which means we must prove our repentance by our deeds. So if Trump is being sincere, we'll see a change in the weeks ahead, with no more crude, childish, personal attacks even as he launches an all-out assault on the record of Hillary Clinton."

"And what would have been a good way to respond to Mr. and Mrs. Khan?...You could have tweeted out, "As a fellow-American, I mourn the loss of Mr. and Mrs. Khan, I celebrate their son's sacrifice, & I call on them to stand with me in fighting radical Islam."...Had you done that, you would have saved yourself days of negative media frenzy, you would not have taken such a hit in the polls, and you would have stayed on message."

In the first quote, Brown plays the butthurt Tedlim card to no useful effect, which is schadenfreude on its face and requires no further elaboration.

Brown's second quote, however, is a painfully amateurish and facile attempt to whitewash Khizr Khan -- who was nothing more than a second-rate visa pimp who prospered under the White Hut and tried to maintain his piss-be-upon-him megalomania by attaching himself to Cankles!

On Aug. 2, 2016, less than a week after he spoke at the Democrat Convention Khan scrubbed his law firm website (in an abrubt and painfully amateurish way, that raised all sorts of questions about what was on there and what he was trying to hide), said website containing his bio and his cv that he had attempted to pimp at the Democrat Convention, where he had invoked Allah (the moon god piss be upon him) to help the Democrats and Cankles.

So you had Brown, in 2016, trying to signal boost what was one of the most heinous, worthless #MSM media election-year plays against Trump. FUMB!

That’s what 2020 was about.

Yes...the Democrats envisioned a future without Donald Trump and then they organized/executed a plan to get rid of him...and it worked.

How long do you plan to sit there and cry about it?
