Platinum or flatenum? We had a rash of that in our area. Either the assclowns got scared off or they got all the cats from the cars NOT parked in their respecive garages. Oddly it seems that showing up to the recycle place with a pick up bed full of cats isn't supicious.

Or, they decided it was easier to just walk into a store and take what they want without paying.

Cue opening scene of “Christine” with Bad to the Bones playing.

Note to self: Only steal catalytic converters from vehicles like F250s that have enough ground clearance.
To: rktman
Sounds like the car killed the thief in self defense. But it really depends on whether the car was black or white.

“A catalytic converter and the small amount of scrap value it holds is not worth the risk of losing your life,” the sheriff’s office added. That may be true but dumbasses don't seem to learn. Too bad . /sarcasm
