If we are lucky Biden didn’t give away Alaska to Putin. All he did was confirm that if Russia invades we would only do (worthless) sanctions. In my opinion this is a bid to intimidate Ukraine to not launch a counter strike to retake lost lands and vote in a pro-Russian Government. Nato will not back a war on Russia—not even Poland wants that because they would get it in the neck. Putin is playing at the 19th Century version of the “Great Game” in a new form. We shall see who reads things right.
