They can’t. The military can only act in the case of insurrection to a federal force. There is nothing in the Constitution to afford a health based security inside a state. That falls under states rights and if Biden tried to use the federal force for this, not only is it unconstitutional, it is going to slam everything the administration and the libs have said about choice from the beginning. They would never get elected again with these gestapo tactics.
