Oh, by the way. You do focus a laser when needed. Focusing does not affect phase; and, phase is not related to focus. Wavelength is the measure associated with color; and, focusing has no affect on that either.
Laser light does diverge, and focus can help with that.

The elites had lost control of nation to the masses. wasting a few billion to regain control was an investment for them to make trillions. Restore Trump so that he can find that foreign nations were engaged in the steal, and he will seize their assets to pay the national debt.
