FYI, I had covid in February. I am a 58 year old male. It was a mild head cold for me. My wife and daughter had it last month. For about a day and a half I felt like I was coming down with something. Then it went away. So, now I am convinced I am immune.
Both my wife and 36 year old daughter lost their sense of taste and smell for a few days. My wife(57) took Ivermectin.
It took her a few weeks to shake it totally. We both have been taking extra vitamin D and Zinc along with multivitamin for about a year now.
Covid is nothing to fear.
Zinc is a poison. Play carefully with this. Also, you need to supplement Copper occasionally as longterm Zinc usage depletes your Copper which causes other diseases.
