What’s wrong with Biden? Good question. I’d say on the surface, dementia. Too many sub categories to determine. Could be Vascular dementia maybe, with Alzheimer components. Behind the scenes, I don’t believe for one moment that November 2020 was fair, NOT RIGGED. I think he was put into that office because he could be controlled. Who’s controlling him? Better question. My money is on the following: Clinton, Bush and Obama—heavily betting Obama.

“Civil” has more than one definition. “Civil disorder” means disorder of ordinary citizens, mot military, etc.
It’s a legal term from 18 USC § 232(1):

(1) The term “civil disorder” means any public disturbance involving acts of violence by assemblages of three or more persons, which causes an immediate danger of or results in damage or injury to the property or person of any other individual.
