I’m not sure of how DOJ/FBI coordinate, and totally believe what you say when things get to the level of bringing a criminal charge.
But my point was on the court role. Yes there is a court order, but the court didn’t just up and decide to issue one. Somebody asked for one.

Yes, the SOS summoned Peters to her office, and Peters had the wherewithal to make a backup of her machine before leaving for the SOS office. At the same time, the SOS had thugs head over the Peters' Clerk Office to erase access logs of election events. All this unfolded in real time across FR's pages.

Days before certifying Colorado’s questionable 2020 Election results, Mohamed Enab’s wife : Jena was caught deleting Dominion Voting Machine proposals.
To believe slow Joe had 460,000 more real (not electronic at 3 am from Dominion) votes than Obama in 2012 or Hillary in 2016, or 430,000 more votes than Trump in 2020 is absolute nonsense.
