This was one of my disapointments with Trump, he should have ended it, and ended the DHS.
is this a redundant act or a clouded response to BumblingBidens fubar’d drone strike without mentioning Biden by name? And why not just repeal (or clarify) the controversial War Powers Act of 1973, which extended presidential powers allowing him to engage for 90 days without congressional approval?

Trump could still veto the resolution. It would then take two-thirds of the Senate, or 67 votes, to override him.
