Good for you! Proper spending habits are one of the legs on the stool of success. Don’t fear the liars and morons in Washington, they’ve always been there and always will be there and yet, they don’t decide who thrives and who doesn’t, WE decide that by our own actions.

Yes, and people who are afraid to try to succeed don’t want anyone else to succeed and make them look bad. So they spend a lot of time telling boogie-man stories about why success is impossible.

I so certain my money will be toilet paper next year, I stocking up on LTS chow and hardware need3ed to keep das houze up and running.
I will say, there is a perverse thing I see around here where some people appear to want some bad things to happen, almost as if they are just itching to say “I told you so”.
I know it isn’t confined to here or us, but it is disconcerting nonetheless.
That’s why Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday - no presents to deal with.
We’ve agreed in general that the only ones getting presents are the little kids who are 3, 5 & 7 mos.
I advise anyone who is interested to buy in advance as far as possible. Prices are likely to go one way only and that is up. The downside is that such action will to some extent tend to push prices even higher but I prefer it to waiting and hoping to be able to buy later when supplies may be gone.
