The reason Haiti is poor is because it uses its own language.
A small elite profits greatly but most Haitians suffer severely.
Even going to standard French would help immensely.
Just go to the southern border at Mexico and they’ll give you taxpayers money for just showing up.
Gold mines? Charitable donation scam opportunities? Little kids for sex trafficking and with organs and adrenochrome for sale?
