All these trillion dollar pork barrel projects mean more useless Federal workers. This is their number one objective. Some things get built, some solar panels get installed, some roads get repaved incompetently. But the first objective is expansion of Federal rule and the Federal government in DC. To tie more contactors to the Federal tit. If some of your workers have no vaxx, then you will be a rejected contractor.
