I used to get one or two viral illnesses each year. Every cold was followed by an increasingly bad case of bronchitis. A year before COVID hit, bronchitis turned into walking pneumonia even after getting the pneumonia vaccine. That was a very frightening episode.

If I feel any sort of sort throat starting, I now use Betadine povidone iodine gargle and Vicks “First Defence” nasal spray with carrageenan.
I also stepped up my hand washing a lot and work hard to reduce facial touches.
Result: not one viral infection since March 2020, so this has paid great benefits for me personally.

Bingo, I just stumbled upon his product today. I have been taking C, Liquid D, Zinc & Quecertin religiously since I found out about them probably spring of 2020.
