Any right that government can suspend during an emergency never was a right. It was a privilege that Government reluctantly allowed you to have.

...absolutely correct. Public schools are nothing more than day care for most parents. Take control of your kids future. Why do people bother having them.

The district argued that a lack of universal masking placed those students at high risk of severe disease.
There is NO science to demonstrate this claim, they should be Required to prove it with REAL Scientific Studies or be Permanently Disbarred, Jailed for Contempt and Perjury and Face Felony Fraud Charges against the Court

the historical solution, for this and any other at risk person,
is to have the at-risk person wear a mask or whatever protectice gear was deemed to help them
not make everyone else wear protective gear JUST FOR THEM
