This is where I check for the updates:
Check this out, FrontLineDoctors are a big deal:
FEDERAL CONTRACTOR VAX MANDATE SURVEY
A Top Tier Law Firm associated with America’s Frontline Doctors wants to know if we can get enough plaintiffs to file and win a suit against the vax mandate.
https://yd4gqqta4t0.typeform.com/USVaxSurvey?typeform-source=freerepublic.com
www.VaxMandateInfo.com
has taken the lead to gather enough people to say
“YES” we are the plaintiffs they are looking for.
Update: Any institution that gets Federal Funds must now mandate
Universities, Food Service, virtually everyone!
Are they looking for federal workers or contractors?
I’m not legal literate, but in reading the brief the title says “Verified Class Action Compliant.” if it’s verified, doesn’t that mean we can sign on and be a part of the lawsuit now?
I don’t know, says “contractors”, but hopefully more info will be forthcoming.
I went to the website and it seems sketchy. “Top Tier Lawyers”?? Wouldn’t a real effort have the name of the firm? I can’t find any reference to this on the Frontline Doctors website. I’d love to be wrong…
Thanks for digging.
If no mention on Frontline Docs, that is very suspect.
Thanks for that. I’ll save it.
WTH good is that date going to do?
This is a lost cause.
What a flaming COS!
Send them money. That’s where a big chunk of my Required Minimum Distribution went last month. Like Judicial Watch, they’re actually DOING something.
I don’t know the answer to that. Perhaps a FR legal beagle could weigh in?
Thank you for the update. As others noted, the court date is less than ideal. Exemption requests are due for Navy federal employees by 8 November. At the present, the exemption review/approval guidance has not been finalized/released.
I suspect adjudication of exemption requests will not be completed by 15 November but now “they” have a target date so don’t count on it.
I have already sent them money, and I plan to keep doing so.
I hear ya. AF civilian personnel are also waiting on guidance that has yet to appear. Many suspect they are waiting until the last moment possible to release any guidance, then giving us only a short window to file our exemptions. It’s like they are doing everything they can to screw us.
Money well spent!
I wish I could do more than I’m able, but if I ever come into a load of cash, they will be one of the first on my list of orgs to donate to.
