Worse....that Bidens a “tricopheiliac” who gains sexual pleasure from touching or smelling hair….and he knows this is not normal behavior. Likely started in childhood with dolls…until he gravitated to women or children. Done his entire life he will do this in public because he can’t help himself and has tricked everyone to thinking this is just “affectionate Joe”. It’s not and he should have been investigated years ago.
BTW….When he scans a room he’s looking for his target. Imagine what he does at a beach!!!! I believe they’re keeping him away from the public for this reason….they know he will do this again.
