Who says they voted that way. If they left California, it might be they had enough and went Galt, and never voted for Newsome et al. Despite the politics, it is a beautiful state. Others might have finally had their red pill epiphany. You need to vet them, though. Some of them may be missionaries of the woke religion, and those need to be made unwelcome.
The energy producers should form a consortium and make a pointed statement that they will no longer sell energy to California and tell them: since you are opposed to oil, gas and electricity, we will not sell you any, oh and by the way, nor will anybody else.
