If there are no cafeteria workers, then don’t order hot meals for a while. Give kids bagged lunches. Cereal, chips, fruit juice is all what they need. Problem’s solved. Maybe they can have hot meals a year from now when COVID-19 goes away (or Democrats lose midterms)

These schools are providing breakfast lunch and dinner now to the entire family now .

These welfare leeches are getting free meals for everyone .
Ask a teacher .

And they complain

Parents should be feeding their kids.

PB&J worked well for YEARS....with an apple.

That still works 4 days out of 5 for one of our adult 50+ year old son.

Like his parents, leftovers from dinner, the night before make a great lunch. His older bro prepares a great lunch the night before from leftovers or whatever.

My wife taught them to bring their own coffee and lunch to work and put that money saved into their 401 k or an extra IRA.

Or maybe learning to pack a lunch cause nothing is free might be a better idea?

No kidding. Since when is it a school’s responsibility to feed students?

My mother always made our lunches the night before. None of that cafeteria mystery meat for us.

That is bigoted towards poor people who cannot afford pricey fresh fruit. Besides apples don’t grow in food deserts.

Stop talking white privilege about having a mother who took care of her kids!

If parents can’t feed their kids when they send them to school, how will they feed them at home?

It’s the parents responsibility to feed their own kids.

Send them to school with a homemade lunch and snacks.

Sad. The government has successfully conditioned people to believe it is not the parents’ responsibility to feed their own children.

THERE IS FOOD grown locally to supply the schools— that is how it USED to be. And then— parents could pack their kid’s lunches to take to school and not need the food line service.

AS it used to also... be.

Simple. Ag dept. federals are freaking because they cannot dole out the subsidies for the dem constituencies.

My sister teaches math in a magnet school in Baltimore. She told me a few days ago that she has several SENIORS who cannot add 4/9 and 3/5. They want to add the “uppers” and the “lowers” to get 7/14. I kid you not. They can’t even inspect the numbers and see that the answer has to be greater than one.

With that level of industrial stupidity at age 17 and 18, I doubt these kids or their parents can feed them.

The liberals don’t want people educated it is that simple. Slaves weren’t allowed to be educated and that is how the Democrats want it.

During the year of remote learning our school cafeterias were open for takeout. Free bag breakfasts and lunches.

“Magnet school”

The only thing wrong with Mike Judge’s film Idiocracy is that he wildly overestimated how long the decline would take.
