If I were a defense attorney I’d want those referrals to OPR. I bet there is info about coppers letting in demonstrators who were later charged with aggressive trespassing. Comments allegedly made by the copper said many of us agree with your position. Position to me indicates a discussion point and does not equal an invasion.
