Politicians do not get appointments due to competency. The reasons for appointments are political payback, or appeasing a group. Like Harris, Buttigieg is in over his head and has no chance of applying solutions that work.
Now, we must also consider that the Biden handlers are just fine with things breaking down, and really don’t want solutions that work. It’s important to train the public to accept shortages.

I’m shocked that the homosexual ex-mayor of some little town doesn’t know what to do about a potential TOTAL COLLAPSE of the country’s logistics chain. If Trump were still in office those ships would get unloaded, somehow.
