I wonder how they are now classifying domest disturbance calls? They tend to be the most dangerous calls out there here.

Well guess just deduct what you think is appropriate off your property taxes..... it’s not like they would send the police to collect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Standard in many cities.

Honestly, it has been “no blood, no call” for a while now. Most cops will not respond to property theft, trespassing, or such things UNLESS it is a protected class.

Or as a local cop told me in confidence “you are on your own.”

A police department announcing that it will no longer respond to non-emergency 911 calls is stating something which should have already been policy.

They're changing what they define as non-emergency. If someone broke into your house and stole a bunch of stuff, would you consider that an emergency? Well, Austin no longer does. How do you get a report for insurance? They just let you write whatever you want, then a random not-cop just signs it? Will insurance even accept that?
