And if their lawyer tries to argue that, the judge should throw him in prison and have him disbarred! UnConstitutional is unConstitutional, period! Any level of government needs to be held to an extremely high standard for anything they do!

Especially in a case where their actions were blatantly unConstitutional, not even close to a gray area...
