One thing that is not addressed is Durham’s interest and enthusiasm.
He hired a Never Trumper to lead, let the Election go by, investigated people on-line making mean comments about Adam Schiff, and showed none of the aggression DoJ Prosecuters showed in pursuing Trump associates.
The Prosecutors going after Trump told a Judge they could not wait 24 hrs to examine evidence already in their possession (through a raid on Lawyer’s offices).
Where are those Raids? Where are the arrests of peripheral peeps to flip them?
Why have the actual players (Comey, Strzok, Page, Yates, Pientka, Somma, and McCabe been spared?
This indictment (one count) looks like a compromise that Merrick Garland wanted.
.
But these same liars kept rooting Mueller on.
I love Margot Cleveland, but I had heard none of these things until she published them, so she is providing this a lot more publicity than if she had just stuck to the points her circle of friends have been making about how serious this indictment really is.
Without Baker’s testimony, there is no conviction.

“According to Special Counsel John Durham, Sussmann would repeat this lie on February 9, 2017 to two employees of another government agency (“Agency-2” in the indictment; possibly CIA).”
Two problems...
(1) After the Sussmann conversation, Baker immediately phoned the FBI Assistant Director of Counter Espionage. According to the AD's notes, Baker told him that Sussmann "Represents DNC, Clinton Foundation, etc." In other words, Baker knew exactly what clients Sussmann was working for.
(2) The next problem, how did Sussmann interpret Baker's question about speaking on behalf of his clients? I interpret that to mean "Did your clients instruct you to contact the FBI?" There is no evidence that Sussman's clients instructed him to do anything. In fact, there are many reasons to believe that Sussmann sincerely believed Trump had violated the law.
Washington D.C. voted 95%-5% against Trump.
A first year law student could bring in a hung jury on this charge.
