While the Constitution seems to mean less and less to the dim-rats, the Fifth Amendment remains part of the Supreme Law of the Land.
The charges would be dropped by ANY D.A. with a modicum of sense, and those authorizing the arrest warrant and performing the arrest should be arrested for misuse of authority under color of law.
