I firmly believe that Pres. Trump would have more influence as a behind scenes power-broker than running for president again. He has too much baggage from so many socialist institutions.

As of now, DeSantis is my favorite for 2024. He's a fresh good-looking (libs love pretty) energetic personality and has done great stuff for Florida. Sure he has some negatives, but if nothing career killing comes out, I think our best bet.

Republican's biggest problem is they operate from a consideration of seniority. Until that changes, there will be no change.

Yup he had his shot. If he was the best Presidential candidate in 2024 he would have won in 2020. Yeah yeah yeah voter fraud well thats just something built in that a Republican is automatically expected to overcome and he couldn’t hack it. I’m not big on relying too much on personality cults, conservatism is bigger than just one person, even if you like them. Maybe someone younger with a clearer philosophical vision and can actually pick allies that don’t immediately stab him in the back.
