North Carolina Judges Strike Down Voter ID Law, Claiming It’s Racist

If I were a wealthy lawyer, I’d sue that based on the voter id logic, providing an id for driving, flying, getting a loan, getting unemployment, getting welfaare, getting admission to federal buildings or any other basis requiring id is racist, and shove their no voter id policy right down their throats

How does a lower state court have the authority to decide this? If they can, why are there appellate courts? Judges are insane.

What is the end game? Is the NC State Supreme Court dem controlled? Wasn’t this bill part of a Constitutional amendment?

As is the norm, a few densely populated areas are controlling everything else.

Same as Michigan. Most of the state votes Republican, and the very few population (Wayne County, Detroit, and a few others) centers + massive vote fraud = Democrats barely taking most of the vote.

People from all over the world have the ability to flood across the southern border but evidently judges don’t think American blacks don’t have the ability to operate an ID.

I found a black woman’s wallet in a Walmart shopping cart. I had to go through it to find a way to return it to her, which I did. She had a driver’s license and another state issued ID, which I did not even know was available.
