These judges should be impeached.
So according to the ignorant Judges the defendants lose because they could not PROVE A NEGATIVE! Also how is it possible the law is "permanently" blocked?
What is the evidence it was enacted with unconstitutional intent to discriminate?
Will these same ‘tools’ declare the vax passport invalid? Only if their mastyers tell them to do so.
Why not impeach the judges?

Where in the charter of the judiciary does it say that laws be bad just cuz the people who wrote them had bad reasons, at least in the opinion of the Robed Ones?
This happened last month with the imbecilic Boat Girl Miranda Du in Las Vegas, pretending to be a United States Federal District Judge. She overturned 8 USC 1326 on the theory that it was a racist law against a group that is not a race: Mexicans. That’s a nationality, not a “race”.
But no matter, biology didn’t get in her way as she declared that she had the right to have a little seance where she got into the (now dead) minds of the authors of the law, and decided she didn’t like what she saw. So Presto! The law is vaporized by her imperial self.
We know that Merrick Garfinkel’s illegitimate DoJ will do nothing to appeal this, so at least for one federal district, the law is now dead. But she essentially declared illegal immigration to be a racist concept, and therefore invalidated the border entirely. One little Viet Cong girl with so much achievement! So when will a semi-sentient Republican take up the cause and try to destroy this notion at the national level?
