How has Falsi survived 7 Presidents, Rep and Dems? When new administrations come to power they replace everyone down to the ambassador to Fiji...but not Falsi who controls a huge budget. Big Pharma, giving massive amts to both parties have made him untouchable...and he does what they tell him.
Those in DC that get the biggest budget increase gets invited to the best parties and ceremonies.
