.......I don’t normally like Pat Buchanan but I do like what he had to say about Bush’s remarks at Shanksville. Buchanan did a good job of disassembling what goofy George said.

Back in the early 90s I think a lot of us didn’t really want to believe what Pat was saying.

But it’s quite clear now, that he was way ahead of the curve.

Every generation on this planet experiences some level of change, some level of discontentment with the status quo, now is no different it's just more intense, the angst easier to access thru social media.

I remember the awful verbal battles my father and older brother had over the music of the Beatles and my brothers refusal to get a hair cut...but now the rift between generations is far wider than a haircut and the music is even more tribal than ever before.

don't worry in a hundred years you won't recognize anything that is happening, but then again you or I won't be here. Enjoy what you have while you have it, life is temporary and happiness is that feeling you get after you have a strong cup of coffee and a nice dump.
