Not a lawyer, but how do you achieve a change of venue for a Federal crime committed in the District when the Constitution requires the trial be held in the State or District where the crime occurred?

Obviously the judge is deaf, dumb and blind. Maybe he just needs a refresher on Traditional Values, I think 30 days in Kabul would help him understand
