After reading up a bit, I think the cell phone companies would require an warrant. They hold the data for about five years.
But these apps, we “yes it to death” when we down load them, giving up that data. The price we pay. Maybe it’s google maps.
So I’m leaning toward an app, harvesting location data of the ballot mules phone.
I hope these people get outed, by name.

That factor is one that was used, and is very reliable. Heather Mullins described it in detail a few days ago when the story broke.
You don’t need people’s names (although it would be helpful), if you see where a cell phone spends the night, and where that cell phone spends a work day. That’s assuming they work, which RATs have a tendency not to do.
