This whole debacle was fueled by a desire to create a photo op on the anniversary of 9/11 instead of sticking to Trump’s negotiated solution. That date is now nine days away. The media apparently still believe that they can get away with the “Biden The Peacemaker” trope and we’re going to get inundated with it. It won’t help.

I’m sure they are planning another fake “January 6” event to howl about and sweep Afghanistan under the rug.
