Possibly a few, but the State Department doesn't care about Americans, so they tend to be settled where they're best suited.

Now, if you went to the Wa in, say, Levittown, and saw a taliban squatting down to defecate in front of the gas refill cannisters, you'd call the gendarmes and he'd be rousted right away. If you send them to New Effington SD (real place, I've been there) with a dozen other families, they can deficate/litter/slaugher their "free range" livestock wherever they want, and nobody will tell them to stop.
