How many school buses, city buses, medical transport vans etc. does NOLA have? You could probably move 2-3,000 per hour if you had a plan in place.

Katrina didn’t hit NO...it hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast. NO was destroyed by the failure of its pumps and levees because of political malfeasance with monies that were supposed to go to the upkeep of them. Maybe this time NO can claim they took a direct hit and place the blame correctly.

So, all those Houses that were built after Katrina using Billions in Taxpayer Money in areas below Sea Level will be wiped out.
