Yes they can. They already are for state schools against the state databases now. And none of the challenges are going in the favor of plaintiffs, and I don’t see that changing

Catholics can get an exemption from Bishop Schneider.
Everybody else can send 20 bucks to Calypso Louie and identify as a black muslim.

No, when it comes down to it, people get the shot. It was mandated for my company in April, and 1 out of 50 people in my office quit over it. At Houston Methodist Hospital system, less than 1% quit over it and sued, and lost.

Overall, 2-3% will holdout over this. And all major companies are going to require vaccination.
