How about "or you go to jail!!!"
So, punishing the county of 700 mil instead of the A-holes that are the problem makes sense? Yeah, that will strike fear in there hearts. How stupid can these people be? What an idiot
They have ignored subpoenas since December. It’s ridiculous that they get away with this.
Exactly. My investigators will be there tomorrow morning.
With rifles, camera crew, and coast guard and marine units just in case you try to swim for it

The left is going to propagandize the hell out of this decision. They will accuse the Republicans of confiscating 700 million dollars from the county in lieu of a sham audit. The Republicans are depriving the county of money that is needed to care for the elderly. Starving children will die of hunger. Healthcare workers, police and firemen will have to be let go. Republicans are mean and cruel.
Meanwhile, as you said, the people responsible for creating this fiasco aren’t going to lose a paycheck or a moments sleep.
30 days is joke.
Refusal to comply with a Legislative subpoena is a class 2 misdemeanor according to Arizona law, as I understand it.
Charge MCBoS with said misdemeanor and bring them in front of a judge immediately. Then the deal could be made to produce voluntarily immediately or go to trial.
The discovery would be fun.
What are the dimoKKKRATS hiding?
WOW!!!
The lack of knowledge on this thread is staggering..
A preliminary report on one aspect of the audit has already been delivered to the Senate...
Several more are delayed because the team compiling them has covid...
Arizona laws states that the county has 30 days to comply with the attorney general ruling.
C’mon...freezers are better than this
Freepers.. damn autocorrect
The Maricopa board is 4 GOP, 1 Dem.
There is no reason I can see that a “preliminary report” could not be released. They are released all the time, usually under the title of “Executive Summary” or some such.
Especially after today’s events, I simply believe that American taxpayers whose taxes after all pay for their government employees, should know that the employees they’ve been paying for are legitimate.
After all, military deaths have now occurred on their watch.
If the members of this “Administration” are not legitimate, they should be taken into custody.
Don’t worry Joe will tell them not to worry he’ll pay them if the state doesn’t.
The BOS did turn over the images of the mail in votes.
As of right now, time is on the side of the audit team, not the vote rustlers
How long has Maricopa County been defying
the state Senate subpoena? And the AG is giving them 30 more days
for the county to continue thumbing their noses at Senate?
Sorry, but I don't believe the AG or the Senate is serious
about enforcing the subpoena.
How about 12 to 24 hours to turn over everything demanded.
How about raiding the county offices and seizing what
they want. Oh, and jail the County Supervisors
for contempt.
Givee them time to find a homer judge who will stop it from happening..
Why not 3 months ago?
