I think one thing that is holding up the dhimmicrap ‘move’ on SloJo is the composition of the Senate. If Kamala-toe is elevated to the adult table, there is a period of time during which there is no VP to break ties in the Senate, and a tie vote leaves the subject measure un-passed.

If the 25th is enacted, and Heels gets the nod, her eligibility should be front and center as a vehicle to get rid of her too.
