Ancedotally, This DM article does mention that the US hs been ‘ordered’ not to leave the airfield, while the Brits have been pulling over a thousand a day thru the gates and onto planes, whereas the US had to halt flights for 8 or so hours because of Qatar logistics (and many flights leave with less than optimal passenger numbers)
