Darn right.
I've been saying this for decades, and along with Thomas Sowell, never get a valid answer to the question, why is diversity a strength?
My brother works in large, multi-national corporate America and he has been force fed the kookaid of this lie. I'll ask him why diversity is such a necessary component in any workforce. He just responds, "because it is." I just shake my head.
“Diversity is our strength” —. Catchy slogan but that’s about it. Diversity is becoming our downfall. I don’t want to be around so much diversity. It isn’t safe.
