No one way, but certain anti-vaccine people are so desperate to push their false narrative that the vaccines don't work that they've become total hypocrites by jumping up and down about cases instead of looking at hospitalizations and death. They spent a year complaining that the media and the Democrats focused on cases - even mild and asymptomatic ones - rather than just looking at people who are really sick.
But their narrative has been so battered by observable reality that they've been forced to throw the train in reverse and start hyping up every single case in a vaccinated person as if it's the end of the world.
