Do interstate gangs get investigated by the FBI? Could gangs and/or drug dealers be charged under RICO?
Because gangs and drug dealers seem to be who people are most in danger from.
How will this mandate be enforced? They will have to seek out people who claim that they reported a hate crime, but that nothing was done. How often does that happen? Probably not a lot, because alleged hate crimes always attract huge media attention and are thoroughly investigated.
I’m sorry. I agree with your sentiment but if the people had the will to use it, it would have been used last November - January. And that will would have prevented everything that is going on now.
Locals should target their FBI agents .... RICO organization is target rich for hate crimes.
We are constantly reactive to these tyrants. At some point we need to come up with proactive approaches to mediate this problem. They’re literally calling for the incarceration of people on a whim. No law. No legality. It’s maddening that we’re talking about America!

I walked the ground Audie Murphy won the CMOH on about 5 years ago. What he did was indeed remarkable. He held off a company of Jagdpanthers, the tank destroyer version of the Panther with an 88mm gun, with a .50 cal MG on a burning abandoned M10 (US turreted tank destroyer with an open top turret and a 3” gun). And with a whole lot of bluff. Bought a half day or so for reinforcements to come up, which made all the difference in that sector.

They pass a Audit with flying colors and the next Bureaucrat Audit team comes in and come up with a Finding that directly contradicts the last Bureaucrat Audit Team.

Private Prisons have accountability. Government run Prisons don't, but they are great places to put Political Prisoners. Government Employees have their Pensions to protect so you won't see anyone there telling us what the hell is going on in those Gulags. Too bad Epstein wasn't put in a so called Corporate Prison. If he was he would probably be alive today.
I thought only Leftists hated Private Prisons. Silly me.
Seems to me there are many coming around - better late than never.
