No. And anyway it is a stupid question. Biden was chosen specifically because he would not last a term. He is a placeholder for Kamala who will elevate Hillary to the presidency.

Hillary doesn’t have to have anything bad happen to Kamala. The Natural Born Citizen clause applies. And just in case you think Obama made it a moot point, there is enough difference between Barack and Kamala to make the clause apply to Kamala without admitting that it should have applied to Barack. The other point is that Democrats enforce laws when it is to their advantage.
