It’s terrible advice because w/o any GOP there, democrats can get unanimous consent to move things forward.
Someone has to be there to object that and that someone makes it a quorum (51 senators).
So frustrating that graham is basically making a mockery of the situation. The United States congress would live nothing else then see every republican leave. They’d easily pass that and much more legally.
With this legislature in session, no man, woman nor child is safe.
