The sewage discharge was a result of excessive debris which caused a backup Sunday night at the Hyperion Treatment Plant.

So excessive shxt, from a shxt hole place caused shxt to overflow into the ocean.

I just fought a municipality for 2 years over use of a large water line and finally prevailed. I’ve been developing for over 40 years but I have never seen so many incompetent people
in government. When it rains hard, they routinely dump millions of gallons of raw sewage into Lake Michigan as they are terrified of actually filling the huge holding tank - every year and sometimes twice a year.
