Fauci is already responsible for even more deaths than Mengele and, between the COVID pandemic that he sponsored the creation of and the poisons labeled COVID vaccines, the number of deaths that Fauci is responsible for will be higher than that of anyone else in history.
Fauci has been Gates’ pet for years.
I am convinced that Fauci has had his hand in many gain-of-function experiments over the years.
